Watchung Booksellers Montclair

After attending many wonderful author readings over the years at Watchung Booksellers, I had the honor of conducting a virtual interview there with writer Nicole Bokat about her novel The Happiness Thief.

Watchung Booksellers is a vibrant, independent community bookstore located in the heart of Montclair, NJ. They are a general bookstore, with a fine collection of literary fiction, biography/memoir and history, with strong sections of travel, cooking, media, poetry, and the arts. In 2023 Watchung opened The Kids’ Room, just four doors down the street and converted their former children’s area into a reading salon, complete with a large cozy leather chair. Watchung Bookstore reflects the unique community of Montclair. The books on their shelves have been carefully chosen by the staff and with valuable input from their readers. Their selection challenges, nurtures, and inspires their visitors. I highly recommend this wonderful bookstore. You’ll fall into their leather chair and never want to leave!
