The family-owned Book Revue in Huntington, New York, where I read on July 9, 2009 and July 15, 2010, evolved into a Long Island community and cultural center which offered workshops, book groups and children’s programs. It had a long history of hosting celebrity readings by the likes of Bill Clinton and Caroline Kennedy. Sadly, it went out of business recently. It will be long remembered with love and gratitude.
